So by now, you may already know the "Suggestions and Help" area of the forum is one place where you can seek community help if an admin isn't around (here's a link if not --- https://the-vfl.com/forums/suggestions-and-help.6/). But what if you don't want/need community help and you need/want admin help? Well, enter your new best friend, VFL Support Tickets.

Now of course, if you have admin contact via Skype or Discord, you're better to head there since you get a near instant reply, however if you don't have that, then this is the next best thing. So lets answer the basics before we go over how to use them.

What actually is a VFL Support Ticket?

It's a VFL feature where if you have a problem/question, you can submit it to a specific admin department, and wait for an answer.

What can you make a VFL Support Ticket about?

Literally anything. Abuse, site errors, GFX issues, app issues. Literally anything.

When do VFL Support Ticket's get read?

Pretty much near enough every day.

#1 - Look at the nav-bar of the VFL site, you'll see the Support Ticket feature.

#2 - To make your Support Ticket, click the faint arrow next to the word "Ticket", and then click "Submit Ticket"

#3 - From here you can now select the admin department you want it to go to. In this example, lets pretend its about your manager giving you abuse and you're a PS4 player. If that's the case, you'd select "PS4 Report Abuse" in the department section.

#4 - From this point, you can also set how important it is with "Priority". If it's extremely urgent you can set it to "High", if you can wait, set it to "Low".

#5 - The last bit of your ticket is like making a thread on the site, so for example again, use the screenshot below as a template. Again, remember, I'm doing the example based off an abuse claim, each title and bit of information will be different per situation.

#6 - After you have all your information down, just hit the "Open Ticket" button at the bottom and the ticket will be sent to an admin.

#7 - You're all done! When an admin replies, you'll get an alert on your profile like this, and you'll be able to take a read of the reply.
